The Codex Ark
Go to the Codex Ark
Renaissance artist and inventor Leonardo da Vinci recorded his ideas, observations,
and inventions on pieces of paper that were later combined into notebooks.
A notebook like this was called a "Codex."
The Codex Ark was inspired by Leonardo’s notebooks. The Ark created
it for you. By adding pages to the Codex Ark, as one of Leonardo's apprentices,
you can show other children your ideas for inventions, your drawings, and
interesting things you've seen in nature.
You can do two main things:
One, you can take a look at pages other children have made. Which one is your favourite?
Two, you can make your own Codex Ark page. You start by becoming an apprentice. It's easy.
