The Ark, A Cultural Centre for Children programmes, promotes and hosts high quality cultural work, which is by children, for children and about children. We work with a diverse range of Irish and international artists to develop original, inspirational and playful programmes for children, aged 3–14, so that they can extend their imaginations and horizons.
Be an ArkAngel and become involved with Europe’s first custom-built cultural centre for children. All of The Ark’s activity is centred on artistic excellence and innovation, and a devotion to social inclusion. Programmes continually evolve at The Ark, reflecting a dramatically changing audience and society.
As a registered charity, The Ark depends upon your generous support to carry out our valuable work and continue introducing Ireland’s children to explore the wonderful, inspirational world of artistic and cultural expression, encouraging them to fulfil their potential, and adding to their quality of life.
