Glitterbird (2003 – 2006), an innovative European project, created and commissioned high-quality art for very young children (0 – 3 years) in Norway, Finland, France, Denmark, Hungary and Italy. Glitterbird inspired artists and practitioners worldwide to focus on developing art for the very young Join choreographer Leif and expert in early childhood education Ellen for this lively exchange of ideas.

Suitable for arts practitioners, educationalists, parents and those working in early childhood development.

Projects and Projections - With Ciarán Gray

This practical workshop for teachers will promote the use of DVD/CD ROM resources as a stimulus for dance in primary schools. Participants will also attend Dreamsketch / Dustbuster/ Bread-Peace at 2pm.

Energetic and upbeat, junk ensemble Workshops will encourage creative movement from participants using music, physical tasks and rhythmic games. Winner of Jayne Snow Award for Excellence and Innovation at the Dublin Fringe Festival Awards 2007.
